ReelMitra is operated by Shakti Technology, India. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect: your name, email, phone, the business details you enter, and, if you connect Instagram, your Instagram account ID, username and an access token that lets us publish the reels you create.
How we use it: to generate reels about your business (using AI services on Amazon Web Services), to publish them to your Instagram account when you choose, to run billing through Razorpay, and to contact you about your account.
What we do not do: we do not sell your data, we do not read your Instagram messages, and we only post content you created in ReelMitra.
Storage: data is stored on servers in India (AWS ap-south-1). Access tokens are encrypted. Generated videos are deleted from our servers after 14-30 days.
Your choices: you can disconnect Instagram at any time from the dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account (see Data deletion).
